Viajo a Chaco, a Cuba, busco una película desparecida, busco en archivos fílmicos cuerpos en movimiento que me devuelvan algo de lo que se fue muy temprano, demasiado temprano, cargado de violencia. ¿Qué busco? Busco películas, también una familia, una de vivos, una de muertos; busco una revolución, busco sus cuerpos, algo de justicia, busco a mi madre y a mi padre desaparecidos, sus restos, sus nombres, lo que dejaron en mi. Hago un western con mi propia vida, una de tiros buscando algún héroe, alguna heroína para este recorrido épico por la historia del país en el que todavía habito y miro con desconsuelo. Busco una voz, la mía, a través del ruido y la furia que dejaron esas vidas arrancadas por aquella justicia burguesa.

Ignacio Agüero, 1982) En un sitio rural en Lonquén, un lugar cerca de Santiago, y escondidos dentro de un horno minero, fueron hallados los cuerpos de 15 campesinos, que en 1973, pocos días después del golpe militar, habían sido detenidos por la policía.
